KI Industries, Inc. announces that Matthew E. Skoda has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer effective April 15, 2019, succeeding Michael MacLean who was recently promoted to the role of President.
Matt comes to KI with over 20 years of experience in various manufacturing and supply chain positions. Most recently, he held the position of Assistant Vice President Operations for dormakaba where he held a multi-site leadership role overseeing a $120m operation for the Lodging Segment.
Prior to dormakaba, Matt has held positions with increasing responsibility in multiple countries working for IDEX Health and Science, General Dynamics, Eaton, Therma-Tru and Chrysler Corporation.

I have three immediate priorities–take care of customers, grow the business and grow the team,” said Matt during his introduction to employees on April 18, 2019.
Matt is a graduate of Kettering University where he received a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Operations-Lean Concentration. He also received a bachelor’s degree in Integrated Supply Management from Western Michigan University, Haworth College of Business.
